J. Jennings is a dedicated public servant and business professional with a strong background in both politics and the private sector. He holds a high school diploma from Dulaney High School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Jennings has served as a Maryland State Senator representing the 7th District in the Maryland State Senate and previously as a Maryland State Delegate for the same district in the Maryland House of Delegates. His career began as a Legislative Assistant and Caseworker in the Office of Congressman Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. Outside of politics, Jennings is a Co-Owner of The Mill of Hereford and has served as a Loadmaster in the Air National Guard, showcasing his diverse experience and commitment to service.
