A graduate of Revere High School, Novoselsky has deep roots in his community. He has served as a Councilmember for Ward 2 in Revere, demonstrating his commitment to local governance and community development. In addition to his municipal role, he has been involved with the Revere City Parks and Recreation Commission, contributing to the enhancement of public spaces. His service extends to the Massachusetts National Guard, where he has served as a Retention NCO, highlighting his dedication to both civic and national service.
