GOBIERNO NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA

The Gobierno Nacional de Colombia, or the National Government of Colombia, is the administrative and political body that governs the Republic of Colombia. Headquartered in Bogota, it is a republic with separation of powers into executive, judicial and legislative branches. The President serves as both the head of state and head of government, alongside the vice president and the Cabinet. The government also ensures the functioning of the national economy, the preservation of public order, and the protection of citizens' rights. It is responsible for formulating and implementing the country's local and foreign policies, including economic, social, and cultural affairs.
