Gobernador Axel Kicillof

Gobernador Axel Kicillof is an Argentine economist and politician currently serving as the Governor of Buenos Aires Province since December 2019. Prior to this, he served as Argentina's Minister of Economy from 2013 to 2015 under President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner's administration. Kicillof is a member of the Justicialist Party and is closely associated with the Kirchnerist wing of the party. Noted for his unconventional economic policies and charismatic public presence, he holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and taught at the same institution for many years before embarking on his political career.
