Edward "Ed" Delgado is a member of the Moreno Valley City Council, representing District 2. He was elected to this position in 2021. Delgado has a strong background in public service, having spent four years on active duty and six years in the reserves with the U.S. Coast Guard, followed by 25 years with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, where he retired as Assistant Sheriff overseeing the Corrections Division.
