Ed Musgrove is a seasoned public servant and leader with an extensive background in both public safety and education. He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Musgrove began his career in the United States Army as a Sergeant, subsequently serving as a Sheriff's Captain at the San Diego Sheriff's Office. His leadership roles include Deputy Director at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System and Manager at the Gemological Institute of America. Musgrove currently represents District 4 as a City Councilmember on the San Marcos City Council and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Palomar College.
