She holds a Bachelor's in English Education, a Master's, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, all from the University of West Florida, as well as a Certificate in Educational Media Specialist from Florida State University. Diane's career in education includes serving as Principal at Destin Middle School, where she demonstrated leadership and commitment to student success. Beyond her educational roles, she has also been a Business Owner and Consultant, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise. Additionally, Diane serves as a Board Member at the Okaloosa County School Board, where she continues to influence educational policies and initiatives within her community.
