David Cheston Rouzer, born in 1972, is an American politician and businessperson currently serving as the U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 7th congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, Rouzer has been a prominent figure in North Carolina politics. He was previously a member of the North Carolina General Assembly, representing the 12th district in the North Carolina Senate from 2009 to 2012.
