Concejo de Bogotá

The Concejo de Bogotá, or the Bogotá City Council, is the chief legislative body for the capital city of Colombia, Bogotá. Comprising 45 councilmen, it plays a pivotal role in managing the city's administration by creating, amending, and controlling the execution of norms and orders in accordance with the Colombian Constitution and Legal System. Its responsibilities include approving the city's budget, monitoring public services, and supporting the mayor's decisions.
