COFEPRIS

The Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) is a regulatory agency of the Federal Government of Mexico. With the main objective of protecting the population against health risks, it is responsible for promoting sanitary safety, efficacy and quality on products, activities and services such as drugs and health supplies. COFEPRIS also ensures the compliance with legislation within its competence through regulatory and policy implementation and adherence to the best international health practices and standards.
