Clare Kelly is the City Council member representing the 1st Ward of Evanston, Illinois. She is up for reelection in the 2025 Consolidated Election, which will be held on April 1. She has taught at Evanston Township High School (ETHS) for 30 years. She teaches Spanish at ETHS and is an Illinois Virtual Instructional Coach and a Spanish language debate coach
