Chris Coughlin is a dedicated public servant and experienced professional with a strong background in psychology and organizational effectiveness. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University. Chris has a rich professional history, having served as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Spherion and a Research Scientist at CEB. He further honed his expertise as a Senior Research Scientist at SHL and a Content Specialist at CEB. In addition to his professional career, Chris has been actively involved in local government as a Councilmember on the Johns Creek City Council, where he contributes to the development and well-being of his community.
