Charles L. Geren is an American politician, businessman, and restaurateur, affiliated with the Republican Party. He has served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives since 2001. Originally representing District 89, he was redistricted to serve District 99, both of which are part of Tarrant County. Geren is an alumnus of Southern Methodist University. Over the years, he has held various influential positions, including being a founder and principal at Kelly, Geren, & Searcy, a board member at the Tarrant Regional Water District Board, and has worked as a deputy at the U.S. Marshals Service.
