Bob Merski is a dedicated public servant and educator with a strong background in education and local government. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Mercyhurst College and a Master's degree in Educational Development from Wilkes University, complementing his high school education from Cathedral Preparatory High School. Merski has extensive experience as a teacher, having worked as a High School Social Studies Teacher and a Learning Support Teacher at Erie's Public Schools, as well as a Special Education Teacher in the Erie School District. His commitment to the community is further demonstrated through his service as a Councilmember on the Erie City Council and as a State Representative in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, where he continues to advocate for educational and community development.
