BBMP

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is the administrative body responsible for the civil and infrastructural assets and services of the city of Bengaluru, India. Governed and managed by elected representatives called corporators, BBMP oversees and implements various projects related to sanitation, public health, town planning, and development of infrastructure. This civic body plays a key role in preserving the city's heritages, controlling building activity, maintaining public markets, parks, and gardens, and managing waste for the metropolitan region of Bengaluru.
