Anne Burt is the current mayor of Woodbury, Minnesota. She replaced Mary Giuliani-Stephens, who did not run for re-election in November 2018, and has been in office since then. As mayor, Burt is focused on supporting local businesses, accommodating the needs of various income levels and age groups, and addressing the city's role in the settlement regarding PFCs impacting area groundwater. She also participates on the board of the Woodbury Community Foundation. Before becoming mayor, Burt worked for over 30 years in business development and marketing, with a focus on water quality. Currently, she works as a technical consultant at a water treatment company.
