Amy Galey is a dedicated public servant and accomplished attorney with a strong foundation in both law and history. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina, where she also earned her Bachelor's degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A graduate of Western Alamance High School, Amy has built a career centered around public service and legal expertise. She currently serves as the State Senator for District 25 in the North Carolina General Assembly. Previously, she was a County Commissioner in Alamance County, where she focused on local governance and community issues. In addition to her public roles, Amy is the attorney and owner of the Galey Law Firm, PLLC, where she practices law.
