Uphold in Human Rights Law for The Unborn Child to be recognised and heard from Conception

The issue

The International Human Rights Law no longer recognises the rights of the Unborn Child as a Human Being and therefore the Unborn Child has no legal right to protection from Abortion. In November 2017 the UN Human Rights Committee excluded unborn children from the right to life in international law.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) recognised the rights of the unborn. In that declaration the word “child” was understood in 1948 to include the child before birth. (The first definition of the word "Child" in the Oxford English Dictionary is the “unborn or newly born human being”) and standard embryological texts across the same period confirmed the contemporary understanding that the life of each human being begins at fertilization.

As a result, All countries around the world are free to legalise Abortion from Conception to Birth and beyond and therefore the Unborn Child's stem cells, organs and body parts are now being harvested for Research and this is being sold as Women's Rights.

So the purpose of this petition is to reverse the November 2017 decision and reinstate recognition of the Unborn Child as a Human Being from Conception.
