As a resident of Brighton and Hove, I am fed up with the frivolous upside-down house standing mockingly on our beloved seafront.Its absurdity has gone beyond being an eccentric attraction and is now an eyesore that detracts from the charm of Brighton's seafront. 

The so-called "Upside Down House," situated near the iconic Brighton Beach, distorts the visual appeal of our historic location. Tourists are often seen walking away, looking confused as to why they have spent £5 -£10 to enter this 'fun attraction'. The novelty act of an upturned structure has run its course, and it's time to turn it back up the right way!

Brighton's historic architecture and beautiful landscapes deserve more than a whimsical token. Restoring the house to its rightful position would not only bring harmony back to the seafront but also show respect for the local community's desires.  Our city deserves attractions that complement its natural beauty and cultural heritage, not detract from it.

This petition calls on the local authorities of Brighton and Hove, partnering with the housing developers, to consider turning the Upside Down House to its rightful orientation.
