We the People of the United States of America hereby demand the immediate resignation of Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, and Mike Pence, Vice President of the United States of America.

President Donald Trump has meaningfully instigated a civil war in the United States of America, has incited homicide against American civilians, has targeted journalists, academics, and political dissidents, has eroded the laws and values of the United States, has allowed for the demise of America at home and abroad, and has mounted an attack against the most fundamental values of democracy, including the rights of the citizen to assemble, to speak, and to vote.

As such, the President and Vice President of the United States represent an immediate threat not only to democracy and human rights, but to the continued Union of the States.

In an effort to preserve that Union, and all for which it stands, we the Citizens of the United States of America hereby demand that the President and Vice President resign without any further delay.
