My personal journey through 20 years of education in India has led me to this point. Despite years of dedication and hard work, I along with many others, find it challenging to secure decent employment post-graduation. The prevailing education system often fails to ensure employability of its graduates, leading to a wide skill-job availability gap in our nation's economy.

According to a report by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), about 60% of the eight lakh engineers graduating from technical institutions across the country every year remain unemployed. This percentage speaks volumes about the plight of not just engineers, but possibly other graduates in India who face similar difficulties securing a job in their respective fields.

We are asking the Ministry of Education in India, to review and alter the current education curriculum and practices, ensuring they are aligned with industry needs and International dynamism. Our aim is to produce job-ready graduates, capable of excelling in their chosen fields while also contributing to India's economic growth. In addition, we call for more substantial relationships between academic institutions and industry professionals to facilitate internships, practical training, and mentorship programs.
