Mind Control, Forced Hallucinations via Holographic Technology, the misuse of Direct Energy Weaponry and the deployment of Gangstalking behaviors, all of which are used to harass and torture them. This is a deeply rooted issue, and the number of reported victims is increasing and highlighting the urgency for an effective solution. Currently, however, victims worldwide feel unheard and not believed and are often wrongly labelled with a Mental Illness. We therefore demand governments to act and an establishment of a legal framework which considers these complaints seriously and ensures all perpetrators are held to account and Justice for all Targeted Individuals and thier loved ones both past and present. Legal precedents and international treaties, such as the Nuremberg Code, emphasize the impermissible nature of medical experimentation without consent. The laws must evolve to address the misuse of new technologies and Nural Rights and uphold the fundamental rights of every individual.
