Star Wars Hunters is a great game that is a ton of fun! A lot of love and effort has gone into making it, and it shows. As someone who has bought every Season Pass and spent a decent amount on crystals to get certain costumes, it's a shame the game is announced to be closing before it even hits a year since release.
There is so much potential for this game. It would reach a much larger audience if it was marketed more and distributed on more platforms. The PC version was looking great, and it's a shame it's being scrapped before it had a chance to go public.
The characters and stages were all really unique and fun! I loved that they were all new characters and had really cool designs and weapons! Sure, they aren't famous existing characters, but they have enough DNA to be reconizable. They add a fresh feel to the game that makes it accessible to newcomers and enjoyable for fans. The costumes and weapon wraps were full of fun details and references too!
There is so much to love about this game beyond the already great gameplay. Please, someone pick this game up and keep it alive! It deserves so much more than what it got from Zynga.

We have played the game together regularly and I don’t have the heart to tell them that their favorite game we all play together is going away soon.

As an aging millennial gamer, I hit a void of games I cared to play until now and being able to play on the go whenever I want is great for being able to balance my family and work life. Plus it’s one of the best Star Wars pvp games I’ve ever played.

It sadly wasn't able to reach as many people before they made this decision to shut it down, if they brought it to more consoles I'm sure it would take off. Zynga, I think its so important to go back on this decision and realize that there is a community here. I was going to come back to the game when MORE was added. A couple more champions. What you have here is a great game, full of fun, and able to be changed for the better. I gladly spent money on Season 1 because I wanted to chip in support. I have loved it despite its faults and I have invested a lot of money into the game via battle passes, small bundles, and an entire Sentinel vault, now to have that go to waste over the game closing under a year. It's a hard blow and it hurts. I love this game, I love its community, and I love the escapism it can bring by playing with others. It's a fun, casual game to pick up whereas Fortnite (the game I'll be maining alongside MK8DX again) tend to give me more feelings of stress. I don't know where I would be without Hunters and its community, but Zynga has decided to throw us all away like garbage. We need someone more competent to take care of our beloved game, like Disney... Please. Some company out there... Save what we love. Save our escapism.

Not even reaching the one year mark and throwing in the towel is a travesty with such a loyal fan base. Sell the game to a different company. We have all supported you with our money; it is time to support us. Next time please listen to the game feedback. There is no reason for invisible ledges above lava and skin bugs that affect hitboxes every single patch. In thirty years of gaming I have never seen a game that does not do “hot fixes” let alone 2 month seasons. If you truly needed help all you had to do was ask. This game was truly one of a kind. It hurts to see it go, it hurts even more the time invested in it as we scatter. Please keep this game alive at any means possible. The reason the player based dropped by 75% from season one to season 3 is a lack of content; a lack of implementation of soft launch modes; long seasons, and a lack of character diversity. By any means necessary keep the game, community, and Star Wars family alive.

It's disheartening to see that many of the collectors who were able to purchase this item are primarily seasoned toy enthusiasts who have opted to keep it boxed for resale. As a result, finding this piece at a reasonable price has become increasingly difficult, with scalpers inflating prices to as high as $4,000.
For collectors like us, who genuinely want to enjoy and use these items, a re-release would provide a much-needed opportunity to purchase the Sail Barge at a fair price. Additionally, when Hasbro initially launched these projects, awareness was limited to a small community that has since grown significantly. Many fans were unaware of these releases, and it would only be fair for Hasbro to revisit earlier projects, including the Sail Barge, to cater to this expanding audience.
