Grew up in Augusta in the 70's, listening to WRDW play James Brown music carried by the grooves put down by Clyde. While James was focusing on fine ass 'RDW DJ Tina Jones, Clyde and Maceo were inspiring me to be a musician. RIP Clyde. Do the right thang Hall and Sit Clyde his due. Music as we know it would not be without his contribution.

I have been a Styx fan since 1975. I have seen them in concert numerous times, they never disappoint. The last time I saw them I took my Grandson and Granddaughter. Introducing a new generation to Styx, they loved the concert. There are all ages at their concerts. Their songs sound just as good in concert as they do on their albums. Actually I think they are better. Not all bands are like that. They have many achievements and have influenced the youth with the concerts they have done with the Cleveland Youth Orchestra. Those kids weren't even born when a lot of their songs were on the radio. They help out by giving the proceeds collected from a sale, for example a cd, to disaster victims. These guys are a great group of musicians and song writers. They enjoy what they are doing and you can see that at their concerts. Their fans love them and they love their fans. Put Styx in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! They deserve it !!
