For over a century, it’s been more than a store—it’s been a symbol of the city’s ambition, taste, and soul. Take that away, and you’re not just turning your back on history—you’re telling Dallas it doesn’t matter. And if Dallas doesn’t matter, why should we care about your future?

No al Proyecto 273Cuando el gobierno puertorriqueño les están dando exenciones de impuestos para ayudarles a estos promotores con su inversión, la corrupción es evidente. Este proyecto no daria ningun beneficio al gobierno de Puerto Rico. Claramente, esto solo enriquecerá a los pocos individuos que actualmente, y de manera corrupta, se están llenando sus bolsillos en una egoista eskema, que excluye a quienes tienen el verdadero derecho de la propiedad y que durante generaciones han sido diligentes administradores del tesoro natural del tereno y del agua que es Cabo Rojo.
Procuraban convincernos que llos planean seguir las regulaciones y leyes ambiental por decirnos que un campo de golf es un espacio verde demuenstra que:
A) Ese supuesto conformidad con leyes ambiental fue prometido en mala fe, que pone en cuestion la integridad de cada otra afirmación en el plan propuesto
o
B) Tienen tan poco conocimiento y comprensión del ambiente y la sciencia ecología no solo de esta área, sino de cualquier área
De cualquier manera, no se puede confiar en ellos como administradores de la tierra en Cabo Rojo ni de ninguna tierra.
