40 years of trying to prove video games are art, and this heap just pushes the narrative of games are toys by disregarding the writers that brought the game to life. Imagine making a King's Quest or Phasmagoria movie and instead of crediting Roberta Williams or the rest of the original team, it just reads in the credits "Special Thanks to Activision and Microsoft"
All work done should be credited.
As an upcoming artist whom was greatly inspired by the work Larry, Will and Graham had crafted together myself, to see that they (along with many, MANY others in this industry - whom many go unseen) are not credited for their part is beyond disgusting. To put it simply: this film wouldn’t be here without them creating that foundation; please give them the credits they rightfully deserve. You are profiting off of THEIR hard work, Sony. Creators FIRST.
You’re not alone — a community of supporters is ready to back you.
