I think the SSAF is pathetic, I have many health conditions that impact me, these are very costly, I am not financially stable enough to pay an additional fee for the university to brag about this fee going towards paying for water fountains. I still can’t access the wifi, there is hardly enough seating in the main library, I have to go to a cafe because there isn’t enough seating so I can never study in the library.
Not to mention I found out from a client at my work place about the cyber attack in January and the university didn’t notify students until February this was handled so poorly and pathetically not to mention nothing is fixed.
Additionally the university has made my life a living hell to try and change my degrees, imagine finding out on Christmas Eve that the university didn’t properly process your application that was submitted in September, with staff not giving you the correct information. I escalated this issue but I only found out that I could change degrees 6 days before semester started. Due to the cyber attack so many systems are still down and not able to be used by students and staff. I am currently not able to enrol in my units for semester 2 because the admin are so behind that they haven’t updated my degree in the system and I don’t know when it will be fixed.
