Dynamic pricing makes it absolutely unfair at the time of purchasing, it’s another form of price gauging and so many people miss out on the opportunity to go to events when they are suddenly priced out of tickets. It creates panic buying and then if the customer then down the track can not afford to attend for whatever reason will not be able to resell the ticket for purchase price they’ll have to sell it for much cheaper because who in their right mind is going to pay $700 for tickets up the back of a stadium. This is pure greed and takes advantage of fans who want to see these artists live. Stop it.

It’s unfair pricing to consumers. There are people who are prepared to pay a ‘reasonable’ higher price for a good seat at the front at a concert and then there are people whose budget doesn’t permit and understand they may need to buy a seat towards the back in order to be able to attend the concert but it’s ridiculous when prices jump all over the place and seats at the back start costing more than seats further to the front by prices being inflated due to a) demand or b) even interest from people in the queue clicking on different seats, trying to determine which tickets to buy and inadvertedly inflating prices. Dynamic pricing needs to be banned and people needs to be made aware of ticket prices PRIOR to entering the queue so they can budget & plan their concert ticket purchases.
