This show became a comfort for me. It's outrageous moments, it's genuine human connection in a world like our own which really lacks it. It gave me hope at my lowest and the cliff hanger it was left on breaks my heart. With such high views and ratings there was no reason the show should have been canceled at all.
Almost everyone has grown up watching animation could you image never growing up with the shows you did. Fack insincere crap replacing it. We can't let human heart, storytelling, hardwork, and every element that goes into animation being forgotten.
I am 32 and love rewatching my old favorite cartoons such as Ed, Edd, n Eddy, the original Teen Titans, Batman animated series, etc. Not many of the new shows on Cartoon Network interest me and I know I’m 32 saying this but honestly I watch all kinds of media and cartoons are one of them. When Craig of the Creek first aired I was skeptical at first but had high hopes, so I watched the first episode and was HOOKED. I was shocked by how amazing the writing was how the writers blended what was imagination and what the characters were truly experiencing. Not to mention the “communal” feeling you get from the Creek being essentially its own civilization and how everyone impacts one another. The show teaches GREAT values unlike some other shows… without making it too complicated or uncomfortable. I’ll be honest, this show has made me feel like a child and it’s so nice to get that from a show that isn’t one of my old reruns. However I’m an adult now that’s a little peculiar about the shows I choose to watch and Craig of the Creek is one of the best written shows I’ve ever seen. And even with short notice of being canceled they delivered a MASTERFUL “final episode”. I refuse to address it as an ACTUAL final episode because you can never get rid of this show because as the show taught us, THE CREEK IS EVERYWHERE. This show is AMAZING, BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN, IMMERSIVE, GREAT WATCH FOR ALL AGES/GENDERS, and let’s be honest HAS SOUL. You can always feel like the Creek can go on forever and IT CAN, I was hoping it would and to see it ripped away like this instead of shows like… Teen Titans Go…. (Which is essentially brain rot using the teen titans image…) just makes me question what decisions are being made and why. This show could go on FOREVER if you wished for it and it’s not even halfway done, PLEASE bring this show back you guys are making a HUGE mistake.
Dear Alex Hirsch,
Please, we need this! Why include all the "We'll meet again" hints, the mysterious chant—"A-X-O-L-O-T-L, my time has come to burn, I invoke the ancient power that I may return"—and the "See you next summer" note to Dipper if there's no continuation planned?
Gravity Falls isn't just a show; it's a masterpiece, the best in the entire world. You left so many clues and unanswered questions, and we can’t help but wonder—was it all leading to something more? You have over 13,000 fans (and counting!) who would give anything for a continuation, a special, a movie—something!
Please, don’t let this be the end. The mystery, the adventure, the unforgettable characters—they deserve another chapter. If you say no again, you’ll be crushing the hopes and dreams of thousands. I might actually cry!
So, one last time—please, please, please bring Gravity Falls back!
Sincerely,
Eli Shumway
When I first watched the show, I thought it was amazing and now it's my hyperfixation #1. We need another season because us fans want to know what happens next and how the characters devolupe and their future adventures. And it's not just a good show when Dipper says "If you've taken a road trip through the Pacific Northwest, you've probably seen a bumper sticker for a place called 'Gravity Falls'. It's not on any maps, and most people have never heard of it, some people think it's a myth. But if you're curious, don't wait. Take a trip. Find it. It's out there in the woods. Waiting." I don't think he's just talking about the Gravity Falls in the show, I think he's saying find somewhere where you feel like you belong. And Gravity Falls doesn't need an excuse for it's weirdness and on top of that instead of trying to tell kids to fit in to that "every one is different" thing the show inspiers us to be our on weird. Like so what if you're different from everyone else your awesome like that. Because of all that I've learned a lot of new ways to see the world so please bring Gravity Falls back!
Sincerely, Camlia Ricardo.
