As a personal animal lover myself, it's heartbreaking seeing "hamster cages" at places like PetSmart when they look more like dollhouses. Domesticated hamsters don't get enough love and appreciation and I hope we as humans can all do better to help out our fuzzy friends

I had no idea the amount of work and money that needed to go into owning a hamster. Through amazing people on YouTube I learned how to properly take care of a hamster. It is not cheap and they are not low maintenance pets. Most people think hamsters are ‘easy, cheap, and fun pets’ and that is what leads to this horrible mistreatment of hamsters and all pets sold by pet smart in general. There is no cheap pet. Hamsters are not kids toys. Pet smart, please, we are asking you to treat Hamsters and other animals you sell with the respect they deserve. No one wants to be locked up.

Authorities suspect more pets have been killed. How many pets have to suffer and die before the government and online platforms like Kijiji finally do something to protect innocent animals?

Jesus saved me from my mental health struggles I was having, addiction, and saved my life in every way. Jesus Christ is the truth, the light, and the way to salvation. Jesus Christ deserves to be respected and it is disgusting, and disrespectful to Christians and the Christian religion as a whole to depict any part of Christianity or Jesus the way this company has. Again if this was about Muhammad or the Muslim religion this would be changed so fast quite frankly it would have never happened. We Christians are not going to put up with this changed his name immediately we will not keep fighting until you do. Also we will protest and continue to get signatures for this petition. We will not stop until this blasphemy and wickedness is put to an end in changed. All we want is the name changed and the stopping of mocking our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and Christians as a whole. We will boycott this company myself and a whole lot of people are going to do whatever it takes and fight a lot harder did we ever have before this must be stopped.
