TikTok is destroying the attention spans of young people & adults alike. The company doesn't care that their seconds long format is horrible for people with ADHD, impulse control, & other developmental disorders.
On top of that, influencers have turned the site into a marketplace of potentially unsafe products. TikTok doesn't care because they make money regardless.

They have been reported on multiple occasions for violating content guidelines, yet TikTok will not do anything to get them removed. My lawyers even sent them the judge's orders demanding removal or face a lawsuit, and they still would not take it down. I also believe there is great danger in sharing all the information and citizens' information with a foreign country. I would feel much safer if TikTok was subject to operate under US laws.
