Petition to The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney
Allow Lloyd Jones to put a picture of Spider-Man on his four year old son's gravestone
Lloyd Jones was denied by Disney to put a picture of Spider-man on Ollie Jones, his four year old son's headstone. Lloyd was denied because Walt Disney would like to keep the "innocence" and "magic" of their characters. “We can’t move on until we have his headstone done – Spider-Man was Ollie’s entire life. He loved it so much." Says Ollie's father.

Make "Spider-Man 4" with Tobey Maguire
Please sign the petition and like our Facebook page at... facebook.com/BringBackTobey Signing this petition will inform the powers-that-be at MARVEL Studios, Sony, Columbia, Pascal Pictures, Matt Tolmach Productions, and Arad Productions that we are ready for a fourth installment to the live-action Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies. The Tom Holland pictures lack the generation-spanning, worldwide audience appeal that Tobey Maguire delivers easily. The more mature generations still bring the younger generations to theaters to see comic book movies, and we want Tobey back now. Sony, Marvel, Avi Arad, Lauren Abrahams, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal: please bring the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man universe back together in a new live-action "Spider-Man 4" theatrical film. Let's have a "Spider-Man 4" movie made as soon as possible... a quality movie that you, me, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, sisters, roommates, brothers, cousins, and even grandmas and grandpas will want to see. We have waited long enough. This petition will instill confidence in Sony and Marvel that we are 100% on board with Tobey Maguire reprising his role as Spider-Man for the next great Sony and Marvel film of this new millennium. Until "Spider-Man 4" is in theaters the party is right here, so share this page everywhere: http://chng.it/phm2qY2k And, hey, look at this recent issue of Town & Country... Kirsten Dunst has had a makeover and is now hotter than ever. http://www.townandcountrymag.com/leisure/arts-and-culture/news/a3486/kirstendunst/ WHY SIGN THE PETITION? Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man is one of those perfect marriages between actor & character that only happens once a century. When people think of Deadpool they think Ryan Reynolds; when we think Spidey... we think Tobey Maguire. IS MAGUIRE INTERESTED? Yes! "During a comic-con over at Akron, Tobey Maguire told reporters that he absolutely misses playing Spider-Man and [he] said that 'I would play him again (talking about the Spider-Man role) in a heartbeat but make no mistake they (SONY/Marvel) haven't talked to me about it.'" SHARING Please use both of the following hash tags when sharing the petition. Twitter, Instagram, email, word-of-mouth and Facebook are our best bets. Make your shares public so we reach the max amount of people. If you can't do that, then send the petition's link privately, and urge others to sign & share. #BringBackTobey #SpiderMan4 THE ANSWER Spider-Man comics have long been about a mature Peter Parker dealing with adult issues. It is a misconception that the character of Spider-Man must be tied to a wiener-high school kid. Sony Pictures, please don't demean your audience. Look to the Bad Hat Harry X-MEN series which has now been going strong for over 15 years. That's your guiding light, that's leading by example. That's quality film-making. That's loyalty to a group of actors, to a group of filmmakers, and to an audience... an audience that gives their faith and expects to see characters & performers they know and love seen through an arc over a whole lotta God damned movies! The petition organizer has written his own new script for "Spider-Man 4," available to Marvel, Sony, Pascal Pictures, & Arad Productions. Industry professionals at Sony and Marvel may ask for it to be sent over (note: they've been contacted).

Make Spider-Man 4
Spider-Man 4 is something we have quite literally waited 12 years for. We've waited for this since Spider-Man 3 in 2007. We've always wanted it but it's not been clear enough. Spider-Man 4 was originally going to happen as a movie and was sadly cancelled due to Sony not cooperating. Marvel tweeted out a tweet of a webbed 4 and made us think we were getting Spider-Man 4. There was so much leading up to it. #SpiderMan4 became trending on Twitter and we all wanted it. It turns out however that this was a countdown starting from 4. Once this was revealed, everyone was upset. Look at the replies. This if anything shows that there is high enough demand for this. Whether in comic or movie form, we want this. Please make this happen Marvel.

Save The Spectacular Spider-Man.
#SAVETSSM (Save The Spectacular Spider-Man) is a collaborated movement created by countless fans who want to see this show revived from corporate hell. With the inevitable failure of Marvel's Spider-Man TV show and the bleak foreseeable future, we believe it is finally time for The Spectacular Spider-Man to swing back to its former glory. The Spectacular Spider-Man is a shining example of how great animated shows can be if given love, thought, and time. Cartoons are generally seen as childish pastimes, however, this series changed all of that. The Spectacular Spider-Man had fabulous writing and direction from Greg Weisman and Victor Cook. Josh Keaton's voice acting was phenomenal. The show became mature at times with its themes of, betrayal, identity crisis, figurative suicide, and fighting the darkness within. The biggest strength of the show, within its very short two seasons, was that it had amazing character development and episode to episode consistency. This show made us like Flash Thompson! That's a statement that in itself is a testament to how much thought and love was put into the narrative. The show was adored by Spider-Man fans all over the world. It is still considered to be one of the best Spider-Man adaptations to this day, outranking Spider-Man 2, and even with the introduction of Peter Parker within the MCU. If Disney can bring back Star Wars: The Clone Wars, then we can bring back The Spectacular Spider-Man. Disney, we request you to stream it on your Disney+ streaming service that you are planning anyways. Join the movement. Be Spectacular. https://www.change.org/p/sony-save-the-spectacular-spider-man
Petition to SONY, Sony Pictures Animation, Marvel Entertainment
Bring back previous Spider-Man actors for the Into The Spider-Verse sequel
In December 2018, Sony Pictures Animation released the film "Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse", which had Miles Morales/Spider-Man meet with other spider-powered superheroes from alternate realities, including Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman, Spider-Ham and alternate versions of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. While the film has an impressive list of celebrity guest voices, such as Hailee Steinfeld as Spider-Woman and Nicolas Cage as Spider-Man Noir, none of the alternate Peter Parkers are voiced by any previous Spider-Man actors in film or television. With so many talented actors to choice from, we would like to see the Into The Spider-Verse sequel include any of the following actors as alternate reality Spider-Men: - Nicholas Hammond, who starred in the live-action 1970s "Spider-Man" television series - Christopher Daniel Barnes, who was the voice of Spider-Man for five seasons on the Fox Kids network's "Spider-Man" animated series and various TV commercials - Rino Romano, who provided the voice of Spider-Man for the short-lived "Spider-Man Unlimited" animated series and the two Neversoft "Spider-Man" games - Tobey Maguire, who portrayed Spider-Man in the original "Spider-Man" film trilogy by Sony from 2002 to 2007 - Neil Patrick Harris, who provided the voice of Spider-Man for the 2003 "Spider-Man" computer-animated series on MTV and the voice of Spider-Man in the "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions" video game - Josh Keaton, who provided the voice of Spider-Man on the Kids WB network's "The Spectacular Spider-Man" animated series and the video game "Spider-Man: Edge of Time" - Andrew Garfield, who played Spider-Man in Sony's two "The Amazing Spider-Man" movies directed by Marc Webb - Tom Holland, who currently plays Spider-Man in the films made by Marvel Studios, who made his debut in the film "Captain America: Civil War" Whether they could voice any alternate reality versions of Peter Parker/Spider-Man or provide the voice of other spider-powered heroes, such as Miguel O'Hara/Spider-Man 2099, we, the fans, feel it would be fun for Sony to bring back previous Spider-Man actors to be involved with the sequel.

Please create "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" 25th anniversary merchandise
On November 19th, 1994, "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" aired its very first episode, "Night of the Lizard", on the Fox Kids network. Since 2019 will be the series' 25th anniversary year, we, the fans, would like to see new "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" merchandise created and released for fans and collectors to buy. Among the merchandise that could be made include: - "Spider-Man: The Complete Animated Series" finally released on DVD and Blu-Ray in the United States/Canada Region 1 format and for all regions, with new bonus features, high definition picture quality, the uncut versions of all 65 episodes as they originally aired, commentary from the voice cast and crew members such as story editor/producer/co-writer John Semper Jr., etc. - "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" 25th anniversary action figures from Hasbro, similar to the current DC Collectibles "Batman: The Animated Series" toy line, with new toys based on Spider-Man, the Kingpin, the Lizard, Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, the Hobgoblin, Spider-Man in his black costume, Venom, etc., and new first-time ever figures created based on characters from this show such as Alistair Smythe (in his non-Ultimate Slayer form), Rheinholt Kragov/Electro, the heroes from the Six Forgotten Warriors story-arc and the Fantastic Four in their "Secret Wars" costumes from season five - Releasing the musical score from the animated series on CD and ITunes, some of which can be found in YouTube videos posted by fans - An all-new Hallmark ornament of Spider-Man from the animated series - A new behind-the-scenes/history of the making of the "Spider-Man" animated series, with interviews with John Semper Jr. and writers, voice actors, producers, etc., from the cartoon series about creating the animated series - A new Heroclix set based on "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" (as suggested by Michael Straight of the "Spider-Man: The Animated Series Is Eternally Excellent" Facebook group) - Children's Band-Aids with pictures of the characters from the TV show on them, such as Spider-Man, Spider-Man in his black costume, Mary Jane Watson, Black Cat, the Kingpin, Doctor Octopus, Hobgoblin and Venom - A new Monopoly board game with new game pieces of main characters from the TV series "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" is considered by most fans to be one of the best, and to many the best, Spider-Man cartoon series to date. We hope to see some kind of new merchandise released in 2019 to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
Petition to Marvel Comics, C.B. Cebulski
Please resurrect Max Dillon/Electro in the monthly Spider-Man comics
In 1964, writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko created Max Dillon/Electro for "The Amazing Spider-Man" monthly comic series. Since then, Electro has been one of Spider-Man's oldest and most memorable enemies, often teaming up with the villainous Doctor Octopus in his Sinister Six team. However, during "The Clone Conspiracy" mini-series by writer Dan Slott, Max Dillon was killed off and replaced by a clone of his friend Francine Frye, who Dillon accidentally killed by electrocution. While Marvel currently has plans for the new female Electro in the upcoming "The Amazing Spider-Man" comic relaunch this summer, we, the fans, miss the original Electro and hope to see Max Dillon resurrected, get his powers and original costume back, and take over being Electro from Francine Frye.

Please create Spider-Man The Animated Series collectors figures
"Spider-Man: The Animated Series" was one of the most popular series on the Fox Kids network during the 1990s and its toy line released by Toy Biz was just as successful. With DC Collectibles releasing new action figures based upon "Batman: The Animated Series", we, the fans, hope that Hasbro will consider going the same route and make all-new figures based on "Spider-Man: The Animated Series". If a new toy line is made, Hasbro could create all-new figures for villains like the Kingpin, the Hobgoblin, Doctor Octopus, the Lizard, the Green Goblin and Mysterio and heroes like Daredevil, Black Cat, Captain America, Blade and the Prowler. Hasbro could also do what Toy Biz didn't and create first-ever toys for characters that appeared on the show that the old toy line didn't make, including the Six Forgotten Warriors, Herbert Landon, the Fantastic Four and the Rheinholt Kragov Electro. The new figures could also come with alternate heads, hands and limbs in addition to new accessories. "Spider-Man: The Animated Series" is still considered by many fans to be one of the best, if not the best, animated series for Spider-Man to date and we hope that Hasbro would consider making new figures from the series for fans to buy and enjoy.
