My son was violently and brutally murdered at the corner of Fern and Polk, as he was leaving Mayes Oyster House Bar at 1:40 am.  The killer shot him with the intent to kill him, without the possibility of surviving, and did so, in front of people.  He was brash, brutal, violent, and was unafraid to commit such a heinous crime in public.

Please demand that the district attorney, of San Francisco, chesa boudin transfer this trial to Federal Court. Background information with be provided so that it can become clear why it is important to demand this.

The crime was not reported to media outlets or journalists by the investigators in charge of reporting the crime to the public. It is common practice not to give gang related homicides much media attention or coverage.

After Robert was assassinated, three gunshot bullets to the Head, I think it was an assassination, it was a homicide on a whole nother level. Anyhow, I was informed that Robert was a gang member and that he was a drug dealer. I did not know that, and I am still in denial about it. What parent would find it easy to believe that their child is committing crimes? Robert was not raised to be the type of person that runs around committing crimes. Neither of Robert's parents are associated with gangs.

This homicide case involves the use of firearms to commit homicide. Firearms that are not registered and considered ghost guns are involved in the case. 

The above things said are so that I can explain why this homicide trial is in the wrong court. I am going to provide a definition of a federal crime and give examples so that you can see why I'm asking for this and then I'm going to keep explaining why it's important.

What is a federal crime?

In general circumstances, a crime is federal when it violates United States federal legal codes or when the individual carries the criminal activity over multiple states such as commercial fraud, wire fraud and drug trafficking.

Drug trafficking.
Violations of securities laws.
Violations of interstate commerce.

The reason why it is important to have gang related and drug-related homicides in federal court is because those courts are equipped to do Justice by those types of crimes. State courts are not designed to be able to manage or handle a trial such as the ones that involve drug trafficking and gang related activities. Community safety, and national security is compromised when these kinds of cases are not handled by the people that are qualified to deal with them. It is important to demand that cases such as Robert homicide be handled properly, and not miss handled.

Less homicides could result if these cases were not mishandled by a lower court.
