Visual Concepts and 2K Games: Give refunds for in game purchases on Virtual Currency OR Refund the game for the full retail price for constant negligence towards its online community.
The Issue
For too long, to be exact since 2009, Visual Concepts and 2K Games have been releasing unfinished products to the public that produce nothing more than an unrealized and terrible experience, with an unfulfilled promise that each year the updated game released will be an improvement from the last. Money has been spent on a game that is broken and does not work and the members of the community can no longer stand for it. We, the people who have been buying the game each year for a "promised" change in experience, with better servers, connectivity, gameplay, have been lied to and our money stolen with no way to retrieve it, because the so-called "support" system that 2K Games runs merely points us to a help page that is nothing more than a forum with "help pages". For most consumers, no help is found and we are cheated out of $60, not counting those who have spent even more real world money on in game products after the $60 purchase of the game.
