In the very centre of Ukraine’s capital blood is flowing, shots and explosions are heard, there are machine guns on Khreshchatyk, АРСs in the streets. Members of your security task forces and hired thugs are killing peaceful citizens who came out to protest against criminal regime.

The whole country cannot and must not suffer at the hands of one person seizing the presidential post in a death grip. National uprising still can be prevented. Resign at once, together with the government, and get out of the country before it is too late. Otherwise you will have to pay for the blood shed on your order and for economic crimes with your life and property. The wrath of people will not spare you.

Victor Yanukovych, we urge you to resign immediately. It is the only way to stop bloodshed and violence in Ukraine!
