Fillmore & Western Railway has been a part of our community for nearly 20 years, as the citizens of Ventura County we want them to be able to continue public excursion service on the Santa Paula branch line. We want the VCTC to listen to the citizens of the county they represent, and cease their continued efforts to evict the railway. We believe that the eviction of the railway will cause immense damage to the economies of the towns they serve, and ruin the livelihoods of the small business owners. In addition, evicting Fillmore & Western will deprive the children of our community with the wonderful experience of one of Fillmore & Western's popular rides through the scenic Heritage Valley, a memory they will surely remember for years to come.
