Joe Jamail, his client Mack Brown, Bill Powers and Deloss Dodds clearly care more about money and protecting themselves than they do about results on the field.  Joe has played a critical role in keeping Mack Brown in power and in sabotaging efforts to bring a real football coach to the University of Texas.  His combined roles of Mack Brown's best friend, Mack Brown's attorney, and benefacor to the University of Texas via millions of dollars in donations have bought him influence that goes beyond what should be acceptable.

Having Joe Jamail's name on the field is a disgrace to all the athletes who work so hard and give everything they have to win games.  They deserve a coach that shares their desire to win and gives them a chance to do it.  Joe stands in opposition to that goal and his name should not be on their field.
