Whereas: Previous ‘Austrian Economics’ courses offered by the UI Economic Department had healthy enrollment, sustainable interest, and were given exceptional feedback from students enrolled,

Whereas: Austrian economists have been proven correct time and time again in their analysis and assessments,

Resolved: The University of Iowa’s Economic Department would better serve its stated mission and its students by providing coursework specifically dedicated to Economics in the Austrian tradition, as it has in years past.
