On December 11, 2013, The San Francisco Board of Appeals unanimously ruled that the proposed condo development next to The Marsh include a soundwall to reduce sound in and out of the building, incorporate good neighbor noise policies during and after construction to ensure the long-term survival of The Marsh, and be reduced in size by one floor to respect the existing neighborhood character.

The Marsh will have a meeting Wednesday January 15th at 5:00pm at The San Francisco Board of Appeals, San Francisco City Hall Room 416. If you can, please join us and show your support!
