Building a bridge over the SMART rail line at Jennings that will provide a safe crossing for all and will keep the streets of Railroad Square open. A street level crossing will require a street closure in Railroad Square. Closing any street in Railroad Square will create hardships for the businesses and families that live on the Westside of the rail lines.
