We fear for our health, our homes, our environment, and our quality of life. In its rush to build, VDOT has failed to assess the negative impact the ramp will have on adjacent communties.
Concerned Residents of LandmarkPetition StarterConcerned Residents of Landmark is a grassroots movement of citizens in the Landmark/Alexandria area fighting the HOT lane highway ramp planned to be built adjacent to their neighborhoods. The ramp--and the large volume of additional traffic it will bring--will result in greater noise and pollution, significant risks to public health, greater traffic congestion on 395N, harm to the local wetlands, and a reduced quality of life for a large swath of local residents.
