SeaWorld: Relocate Captives to the Ocean at Taiji: Create a Sanctuary at "The Cove"

The Issue

SeaWorld, Inc. and Japan are both infamous for maltreating cetaceans like dolphins and whales. "The Cove" and "Blackfish" documentaries not only shocked the world but highlighted the need for natural sanctuaries for those sea mammals who have survived in captivity. The animals may not know how to hunt, or their teeth may be broken from biting on steel gates. But ethics demand they be released into actual marine habitat. A cordoned-off cove is the perfect place to start. And what better cove than that at Taiji, Japan?
