We, the people signing this petition are asking Mattel to produce a "Beautiful and Bald Barbie" to bring comfort to all children affected by either their own hair loss due to an illness or from watching a parent or loved one suffer hair loss due to an illness. Little girls all over the world enjoy playing with their Barbie dolls for both fun, and as a coping mechanism. What better way to show these little girls that having hair is not what makes them beautiful. In addition, we would like any proceeds from the sales of said Bald and Beautiful Barbie to be given to a non-profit organization with a primary purpose of helping children with cancer.
