Place all Bills and Changes to Bills in a Public Git Repository

The Issue

Version Control Software, such as git, is used by software developers to manage large numbers of complicated revisions to enormous code-bases from complete strangers.

One of the more powerful features of version control software is to perform a "diff": Literally, to see what is different between any two stages of a document.

We, the undersigned, ask that Congress adopt a public git repository for all bills (passed, tabled, or pending a vote) and that all revisions to bills be publicly logged and attributed.

The end result of this proposal should be the following:

1. Our representatives will be able to actually read these proposed changes.
2. A more transparent government.

Specific platforms worth considering incude: GitLab, GitHub, and PenFlip. Please don't use something obscure like bzr or ancient like CVS.
