Communication regarding GT6 content

The Issue

The GT Community formally requests communication on the status of advertised content for GT6, located here  http://www.gran-turismo.com/us/products/gt6/.  A large number of us purchased this product with the expectation that the pre-purchase advertised content would be included in the opening day release or shortly thereafter and said content has not yet been distributed.  What is more disturbing is there is almost zero communication from your company regarding the promised features.  

A majority of the community understands the complex nature of the software implementation business and thus is willing to wait for said features if there are problems with the software but without any knowledge of the status of the feature timeline it has left us disgruntled and asking questions to which we do not get any answers.

PD has put out some fine products in the past and have garnered loyal customers and respect as a result.  However when you treat your customers poorly in business you lose their respect and their loyalty.  We want to see PD and the GT series succeed and continue on but this is unlikely to happen with the way things are currently evolving.

This petition has been created to respectfully ask Polyphony Digital to regularly update its customers on the status of the aforementioned advertised content.
