The Idaho Code of Ethics of the Idaho Teaching Profession states: teachers “shall not engage in conduct which is offensive to the ordinary dignity, decency, and morality of others.” We, the undersigned, live in the United States of America and do not find the photograph of Laraine Cook (http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/high-school/idaho-hs-coach-canned-breast-grabbing-facebook-photo-boyfriend-escapes-firing-article-1.1507889) to be offensive.
