The citizens of Philadelphia deserve property tax reform that is implemented fairly and transparently.  Unfortunately, the Nutter administration is trying to implement the Actual Value Initiative before we have assessment data available, meaning we have no idea what the tax rate will be.  We call on City Council to take a stand against this outrageous abuse of the public trust.
