On May 7, 2011 at the Cardiff Rally "Million Marijuana March", Peter Reynolds publicly declared that he would resign as the Leader of the political party CLEAR if CLEAR did not get 10,000 paid members by March 2012, yet despite the fact that CLEAR did not get 10,000 paid members by that time (according to the membership financial figures submitted to the Electoral Commission for years 2011 and 2012), Peter Reynolds has failed to resign. This Petition calls on Peter Reynolds to fulfil his public declaration and resign immediately as leader of the political party, CLEAR.
