I do not believe that the NSA, or any other security, military, law enforcement or related body has the right to conduct espionage operations against American citizens. I do not believe NSA has the right to take private information from American citizens via the internet a priori for use in determining probable cause. I do not believe NSA has the right to collect information, in an indiscriminate and blanket fashion, on all US citizens.

I believe these and other actions by NSA are a violation of 4th Amendment freedoms and represent an existential threat to democratic government by the people. A government conducting continuous and near total surveillance on its population clearly does not respect the rights or human dignity of its own populace. For this reason, PRISM and all other domestic spying programs must be halted at once.
