Many people play solo, are busy with school/work/family and don't always have the luxury of being able to play local multiplayer.
Connecting the community through miiverse is great, but since this is a console, connect us through THE GAMES as well please. This game was clearly designed with multi-player in mind yet so few will get to experience it if it doesn't have this ability through online.
